I'm tired of my chewable vitamins. I take other medicines that are large pills so I think I am ready to switch from chewable to a regular multi vitamin capsule.

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a 1-a day multi for a man?

i take bariatric pal multi vitamin 1.. once a day it has all i need including 45 of iron plus 1000 mg vitamin b 12...

I buy the Costco multi vitamin. Stacks up to all the rest and much cheaper.

I take the one for women from GNC and find them really good and actually give me a boost in energy. They do have one for men too.
