  10. Popcorn is my go to snack in the evening!!!! No issues with popcorn for me... I'm alittle over a year out and have been consuming popcorn since about month 3 after sleeve surgery. 3 cups per day for me and doctor said it is ok. Good luck to you

  14. WoW!!! I've heard of horror stories and sure sounds like you had a bad experience with this process!!!! From the beginning the doctor advised me that this is a tool and you need to treat it as a tool. 100% of the responsibility was on me and I acted accordingly. So I am a year out and I only have good things to say about my process. Maybe speak to your doctor about a revision. But, I was also told that if VSG didn't work you only have about a 1% chance of the bypass working so those are not good odds.. Good luck to you and keep us posted....
  15. Check with your doctor 100%. But, I had same issue and was low on iron. Doctor told me to start taking iron and dizziness went away. Hope this helps...

  18. My doc told me that you never know who will get GERD, he told me if you had issues with heartburn previously your chances are higher to get it but no way to tell... I had some heartburn before but have yet to experience any GERD.. Good luck to you and enjoy your journey!!!!!!!

  21. Not at all, now I didn't start eating popcorn until about 6-month in so my stomach was pretty much healed.. But, popcorn will alway be my goto... Good Luck...

  23. Congrats!!!!! This is a journey that has some ups and downs, mostly ups!!!! Stay the course and follow your doctors instructions... Always remember why you did this and the life that is waiting for you on the other side of the mountain.... Good luck to you and keep us posted!!!!!
