My daily exercise was helpful as I was able to hike for 3 hrs and reach the top of a mountain! I was celebrating my "do over" (at 66 yrs old) that few people get to have...I'm so blessed.

The beginning can be a challenge but it will be so worth it! Stick strictly to the plan and you'll be showing us your before/after pics next year!!
