Could I've really dropped 22 lbs in 5 days?

I got on the scale and it said 241.3 lbs I did it 3 x's and it said the same thing, this is Friday the 26th & I had surgery on Monday the 22th !?!?!?

remember, they fill you with fluids when your in the hospital, takes a bit to pee all that out. I bet most of your weight loss is that.

22 pounds of fat, no

Water weighs around 8 pounds a gallon and is the first thing you lose

we carry so much water weight but as you eat less you hold onto less water.

just as a side not i looked up my first 30 day weight loss, 42 freakin pounds from 8-1 to 9-1 post surgery

9 pounds the next month.

stay positive when it slows down dont let that scale mess with your head
