Im sure hundreds have felt this way BUT MY BOOBS ARE GONE!

Ive lost 35pounds in the last 2months i was alittle annoyed but happy that i have energy now. I normally take a quick shower downstairs with the door open so i can see my kids playing so when i get out of the shower i dont have time to look at my body in the mirror... oh heaven forbid!!! I had a quiet shower upatairs by myself for once while my husband watched the kids downstairs. I got out and staired at myself in the mirror and just wanted to cry! Its like the 35pound lost was all from my breasts!!!! I usually wear a DD or F size bra and now my boobs are soo deflated i look down i dont even see my nipples they have a mind of there own looking down. My nipples are 2inches away from my belly button.. it makes me feel ugly and sad and i dont know how im going to lose 60more pounds and not feel yucky the whole time im praying when all the is done ill be able to afford plastic surgery.. i was so upset i had a icecream snickers bar it was great till my husband started coming downstairs and i had to hide the wrapper in the couch. Hehe. That was a bad thing to do.

My poor boobies ! Awe it sucks!!

Anyone know of excercises that help with that chest area..

I'm too old and too "done" with trying to be anything other than healthier. My boobs are deflated and saggy to China. My bowels still seem to have very little holding power. I've lost track of the num

It happened to me, too. Boo-hoo.? Two sets of jiggly batwings. Saggy upper arms and freakishly saggy boobs. After four pregnancies and so much milk that I donated gallons to a milk bank... I got nuthi

Catwoman7 was any of your surgery covered by insurance?

unfortunately, no ?

I've never been knowledgeable about bra-buying either. I don't want to spent much and I rather hate the idea of looking like I have booby assets that I do not. I'm not terribly troubled by the lying aspect about it, but I do feel uncomfortable walking around with a flat chest with an ill-fitting dumpty-lumpy garment that doesn't even look natural. Looking foolish is worth than appearing flat chested.

Would anyone be able to recommend an inexpensive bra that doesn't look like a Madonna reject? I've also hated the feel of wearing undergarments, period. If I had my way, I'd go totally commando but I find it trashy to wear a dress without a proper slip. Go figure.

much-needed empathy

We could all use a little more empathy! ?

Went from a DD to D and now C. I haven’t worn a C cup since 6th grade. This is a bit hard for me.

The cheap cotton 3 pack sports bras from walmart are awesome for around $10. Even better is their $6 single pack microfiber sports bra. They aren't sturdy enough to be an actual sports bra, so don't play tennis in them or you might wind up with black eyes! They last forever and are very comfy and expand and contract with loss or gain.

Missouri have you looked into these? These are light, do the job and can be helpful. Small beige fabric petals that stick to and cover the nips so they cannot be seen through your clothing. They're fab for tank tops and that's how I discovered them
