I'm breaking through a little..plus I go to doc tomorrow, hopefully for a long-overdue fill. I also start a second day of Zumba this week!

Zumba - if it's what I'm thinking of, is a type of aerobic workout that is some sort of dance type thing. Supposed to be a lot of fun.

Wombat, Zumba is a Latin-dance exercise class, www.zumba.com. I love it! My local instructors are with Casa De Fitness and they are wonderful!! It combines Latin dancing with a little bit of belly dancing even. Works the hips and arms very well.

Man I cursed myself by thinking it was going to be easy to hit this goal. Moving and TOM is not helping, but I really need more focus! those 4lbs seem almost impossible now!

I finally figured out how to update the chart.

I had to get an unfill on Friday because I was so tight I couldn't eat supper two nights and was starting to get a reflux sore throat. So, now I'm on mushies for a few days. Hopefully won't set me back.

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
