Finish protein shake

Just curious how long does it take you guys to finish a Protein Shake? Like a premier shake. I have to drink only half @ a time but I feel like I should be able to drink the whole thing in 1 sitting. I'm 2.5 wks post op

I drink mine at work while I'm in and out of the office so it usually takes me about an hour to drink it here and there.

Everyone is a little different. When I was on liquids I had 4oz at a time. No reason to rush anything. Finish what you can. At your stage you're all about healing.

I sip mine over about a 45 minute to hour-long period of time

But you will find out what works for you. Don't beat yourself up if it does take that long, I often get tired of them before they're completed, tell myself they are a feel better medication so slowly finish it down!
