I wake up one weight go to sleep higher .

Pretty much every human weighs more at night. It is totally normal to stall, but waking up one weight and going to bed another is 100% normal for everyone - with or without WLS.

I just met my 30 pound mark at 5 weeks out! You will get there slowly but definitely surely! Don’t focus on the scale so much.

I should also have said - 30# in a month is great. Focus on the big picture, not the day by day. When else have you lost over 7# a week?

Yeah morning is a much better time, that way you're not weighing,in the "Been on My Feet All,Day " Fluid. Makes your shoes tighter also.

I was sleeved on 3/18/19 . Pre op 263 and now 233 or 234 or 235 or 236 every morning it’s in between . I’m following my diet plan as suggested by my nutritionist and surgeon but it’s getting annoying . I wake up one weight go to sleep higher . I’ve been trying to walk as much as possible . Am I doing something wrong ?

DO NOT WIEHGH EVERY DAY. You can gain/lose 3-6lbs of Water weight over night. Weigh ion once a week and follow your plan exactly. you will see results.

Hey, you're doing awesome. I would suggest not to weight yourself everyday.. It's nos going to show any results. My doctor told me once a month. ( obviously I can't do that lol) but I see more results doing it once a week

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
