Broke out in sweat

Recommended Posts

I am 5 mos post op and have had zero complications till now
I just ate salad with chicken (take out ) house dressing not sure what’s in it.
So about 15 min after eating I got really hot and sweaty and got scared but not chest pain at all then it passed
Has anyone had this happen before

I’m betting the house dressing had a lot of sugar in it.

Beginning of a type of dumping syndrome: you feel awful. Happens if you eat too much sugar or too much in general

yes, twice in 18 months. First time was sauce most likely, never figured out second one at all.

walked around for 15 or 20 minutes and it all passed but was not fun at all and somewhat scary.

it happens to me when I eat chicken. Chicken is plumped full of steroids and antibiotics. My doctor has told me to only eat organic chicken at it has helped.

Makes sense doesn't it! If you are what you eat, then it is mandatory to only take in healthy High Protein items with naturalvitamins and minerals. Didn't Thoreau say we should simply simplify. Don't need preservatives if you're eating fresh clean items.

Only about 1 1/2 months out. I haven’t experienced dumping syndrome and even the thought of it scares me.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
