My personal rule, 2.5 years out, is no more than 10 g of sugar, unless its at breakfast, 15g. (All bets are off if the sugar is from fruit - I'm talking about processed sugar.)

Plain just tastes so gross to me...I know it’s better for you but it’s just too bitter.

Two Good yogurt- I just tried it this week. Low sugar low carb high protein. Tastes good
Hi everyone! I'm currently two weeks post OP after my gastric sleeve surgery and I'm finally getting more protein in. (Thank God) but most of the protein is coming from nonfat Greek yogurt, skim milk, soups...which all seem to have at least 5-6 grams of sugar per serving. Like this morning, I slowly had 1/3rd cup of nonfat Greek yogurt, and a 1/4 cup of Rebbl protein shake with a cup of skim milk...after adding it all up, it was 28 grams of protein but 18 grams of sugar. Now I'm worried. I really want to do this right and not mess up. How many grams of sugar have you been eating a day?
Thanks!!
