Stalls can happen at any time just keep working your plan and the scale will start to move eventually. This is a good time to track your measurements. They often go down when your weight isn't moving. Good luck!

i am at almost at 3 months. My next visit isnt until the 22nd of next month. which will put me at 3 and a half months. I am exicted about what he may discuss, other than my weight. I think i may ask him for a goal weight at the next visit.

I'm three months and I have little mini-stalls regularly. But then it seems overnight my body wakes up and I quickly drop, so go figure.

Definitely count your calories and macros to make sure you're not over eating on little bits here and there, and perhaps now is good to start incorporating daily walks if you're not already.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
