Making a Bariatric Pal Order: Any "Must Try" Products?

Recommended Posts

Anything that the Bariatric Pal Store carries that you recommend? I am early out so I need to supplement with Protein products in order to reach my 60 grams. I have been cleared for all foods except beef, lobster and pork, so I can handle any textures really.

The bariatric store has some great products. I really like the lemon Protein wafers. They have 15 G of protein per pack. I'll have a pack as a snack at the end of the day as a treat for myself. The maple oatmeal is good also and is also a good source of protein .

I liked the Orange Creamsicle powdered shake, strawberry is good also, but the Orange is the bomb. Also the Orange clear l8quid, the Apple is vile, has an b undesirable after taste to it. Do Not the New York Cheesecake, no way to disguise NASTY!

I have a tonnnn of bariatricpal stuff at home but haven't been able to try much yet, only the sloppy joe entree, which I really like. My mother is diabetic and orders their food and says the pancake mix is really good, the lentil and chicken curries, veggie chili, and the mushroom Soup. She also gets the jerkies. I did try the Tomato Soup and found it off.

They now also sell SmartCakes which are only 38 calories and my mom says they are amazing. (the lemon flavor)

Adding them to my WANNA list, I ❤ lemon anyway, the 38 calories are cool!

She says they just dissolve in your mouth, basically. I think she said the chocolate was dry. She's frozen some for me whenever I can have normal food again. lol.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
