Another Weird question

Okay so I FEEl like I really need to poop but I just can't and I feel like its making my pain 10x worse than it was before is there anything other than walking that could help? I say other than walking because when I walk (TMI warning) I feel like I'm going to poop myself but I go to the toilet to let myself poop and NOTHING comes out just a reminder I'm only 1-day post op.

It's got to be gas, you have no poop in you 1 day post op after being on clears.

How long before surgery was your last bowel movement? Maybe you need a Dulcolax

I would say just focus on getting your Water in. That'll help. A lot of people experience Constipation right after surgery; I was the opposite for some reason though; I had diarrhea for like 5 days after.
