Nov 2018 Hydration Challenge

Everyone could use a little more water in their lives.

I have started a small community challenge on MYFITNESSPAL specifically for hydration.

Track water intake there, chat here and there if you like

Check weight and fat changes at start and end of the month!

Easy!

Interested? Add me on MFP,

How far out from surgery are you?
I can't speak for everyone but by 6 months post op I could "chug" with the best of them.
Infused waters, water with enhancers for flavor and clearer teas count towards pure water count in this challenge also.
Hydration is the goal.
I would rather have everyone well hydrated by sustainable methods rather than struggle to drink plain water all day. Just add some plain water in too if you can handle it.
Only little over a month out and nowhere near being able to "chug".
Not a fan of water enhancers. I like plain water. I just forget to drink it constantly.
I'm doing good today though :)

Its simple for me.

3 30oz yeti cups a day

one before noon, one between noon and 1800, one more between noon and when ever I hit the rack.

90 ounces a day.

No coffee for me.

Welcome! Are you joining the challenge also?

Hi everyone!

Feel free to check in!

(I'm on the road, don't have access to scales or tapes so I'll check in when I return home)

Struggles? Accomplishments?

Let's here it ...

*Let's hear it...

Hey Y'all! How's everyone doing, feeling?

November isn't over yet! After all the indulgence, aren't you a little thirsty? Tell us what Thanksgiving was like...

I ate a lot but surprisingly this weekend I hydrated a lot too.
