Track water intake there, chat here and there if you like

Check weight and fat changes at start and end of the month!

Friending seems to be difficult across platforms

Go to my user name, click it, 2 options appear , message and double person icon (friend request)

Type your BP name in EMPTY from address space available and yay in message body then send!

If this doesn't work leave your MFP user names and I will find everyone
