Thanks for your replies. I’ll check the section of puréed food in this forum and be creative.?. One last question. Were you able to eat the whole egg in this stage or no yolk?

I'm on the puree stage right now. My favorite thing to eat is egg salad and sugar free cheese cake pudding. I add 2 scoops of gene pro to my pudding when I make it. It gives me 20g of protein per serving.

It's made by Jell-O! It's the bomb! I mix it with Fairlife 2% milk and 2 scoops of Genepro unflavored!

I made this today, and it's awesome: https://www.bariatriceating.com/2015/04/egg-custard-perfect-bariatric-food/
(I used half stevia, half xylitol, because that makes for a better flavor than stevia alone, but you should use whatever you like.)
I love custard

Sorry, though, I seem to have lost my mind when I posted this. I used half splenda, half xylitol. Stevia tastes like metal to me (unless it's mixed with monkfruit, for some reason). Sorry, sorry!

This sounds amazing!
