I had my first alcoholic drink on Valentine's Day this year. I had a bourbon and water. I was super buzzed pretty quick.

I definitely over packed. I brought a change of clothes, chapstick, gas x, a phone charger, coloring books, and toiletries. I ended up only using the phone charger and chapstick!

I've taken both DayQuil and NyQuil with no ill side effects! Hope you feel better soon!

I was told by my surgeon to wait 3 months until having caffeine, but that I could have decaf after 1 month. I lived off two shots of decaf espresso with a caramel premier protein shake for 3 months. Now I have at least two cups a day and do fine with it! No issues!

Called first thing this morning and spoke with the dietician at the office. She kind of brushed it off. Said I was obviously not chewing my food well enough. I explained that I chewed everything to puree consistency and that I was sticking to my meal plan. She then said she would talk with my doctor and ask him to call me. He called this evening and said he was going to schedule me for a scope. He told me to stick to liquids this week until I can have the scope done. : )

Thank you all for the replies! Today has been a okay food day. I just have to drink something hot before eating it’s almost as if I still have the band. Calling my doctor first thing tomorrow morning.

I had my band for 6 years and converted to RNY. When I eat it’s almost painful. Like I’m not sure my food is going to go down. I wait 30 minutes and drink something warm. When I do it’s fine.

I ended up buying the jacked apple. So far I love it.

How did you know you had a stricture? I’m almost two months out. Struggling to keep anything solid down. If I drink coffee before or after I eat I do good. It’s like the heat helps everything go down.

I use Stevia In the Raw and have never had any issues!

I love my apple watch! I bought it used from craigslist. It's just the series 1 but does everything I need it to. I love the activity app. There's also a icon for myfitnesspal that makes it easy to log your water.

I wore comfy clothes when I had my surgery. When I was in my gown I was naked! ? However I did wear a pair of granny panties on the way there and home.

I usually order a water and bring in my own kool-aid! My husband laughs at me, but hey it works!
