So, I've decided to embark on trying an infuser and I ordered one and now I"m impatiently waiting for it to arrive from wherever. Now, while I wait for it to come to it's new home, I am lost at what are some good mixtures of fruits and herbs to put in it. I've read about frozen fruit to help with keeping the Water cold. But if you guys have any yummy suggestions on what fruits work best and flavor mixtures I'd be the happiest losing weight gal on here.

I know lemon and limes are good in water and so is cucumber, but I'm looking for combinations to try.

I went and got strawberries, limes, lemons, thyme, and mint. I am so excited for my infuser bottle to arrive. I think it will be here tomorrow. My Walmart didn't have that many fresh herbs in stock. Next time I'm looking for basil.

FYI when making cayenne and lemon infused Water, be careful with the cayenne. l love spicy food but my lip is on fire.

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
