Cook veggies in broth to give them more flavor & then use some of the broth when you mush them.

Add protein powder to the following items to increase protein macro's. Refried beans with cheese, Ricotta bake, Pumpkin custard made with artificial sweetener or erythritol, and fairlife milk instead of cream. Can also make cheese and egg casseroles with squash, make spaghetti squash with tomato sauce. You can also add protein powder to sugar free pudding, add a bit of mashed banana to make it a banana pudding. The possibilities are endless.

Steel cut oatmeal with protein powder added. Greek yogurt, plain with swerve seeetener and vanilla added. Chili!
Smoothies w protein powder and banana and cocoa powder
