Greek Yogurt
Soups with added Protein powder
Morningstar Grillers and Morningstar Breakfast Sausage (both veggie and high in protein)

Any recommendations or suggestions are appreciated!

Grilled salmon seems to hit the spot lately. Slap it right on the grill like a steak. I was never a salmon fan before and now I can't seem to get enough of it. I eat it with grilled asparagus, romaine, avocado, peppers, and good tomatoes. Sometimes I shake some potato wedges in olive oil and rosemary, salt and pepper and grill them in a tin foil bag, too.

Steel cut oats with dried cherries and pecans.

Tofu chili

wonton wrapper cupcake lasagna

Protein Pasta

chicken stir fry

Steak salad with swiss and hard boiled egg.

The wonton lasagnas are the BEST. I use this recipe as a base but make my own sauce (with ground turkey) and use Greek yogurt-based cream cheese instead of ricotta (which I don't like). http://traceysculinaryadventures.com/2013/03/muffin-tin-mini-lasagnas.html

I've made them several times; here's a post with more detail: https://www.bariatricpal.com/profile/332142-istytehcrawk/?status=406246&type=status

I haven't tried freezing them, but I think the lasagnas would be fine. Not so sure that the pizza would hold up, because they fall apart pretty easily.

There hasn't been anything I've made with a Wonton wrapper that I haven't liked. I always have them on hand!

I just use Barilla products:) https://www.barilla.com/en-us/product-results/pasta/range/proteinplus/?sort=alpha

They're made out of flaxseed, barley, and oats, plus protein-rich chickpeas, lentils, and egg whites, . Good stuff:)

Can I use egg roll sheets also, I happen to have those on hand, or is there some difference nutritionally?

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
