Pre Op 14 Day Diet Starts Wednesday!!

I start my 14 day Pre Op diet this Wednesday. It includes 3-4 Protein Shakes or bars for all but one 500 calorie (lean instructed meal).

Im nervous but this will be the start of my new life!!!

I started mine last week it’s been hard with graduation and birthday parties. Mine I can at least eat food instead of Protein Shakes but 2oz of meat is not much

Thought I'd be so smart,so,i bought some Protein Bars on clearance, now I know why they were marked down. They are harder than Hard Hearted Hannah's heart, I can't even bite them😟👎

Can you return the un-opened ones? if they are too hard to bite/eat then that are not "fit for purpose"!
