You look great! Congrats on reaching your goal and getting to this point. I can’t believe it myself (that I am almost here). That’s good you don’t have a tiny baby, and your big kids can help. I am single so I am concerned I might need to hire a nurse / mama’s helper to come in for a few days. I might jut start with boobs alone.

That's probably a good idea. I'm blessed to have good help, and you're going need good help even if you start with just boobs. If you're like me, you'll try to do too much if not. I know from past back surgeries when my kids were babies and I was too proud to let family help much

2 months ago I had an arm lift and abdomoplasty. While it’s a painful recovery process and will take a while for the scars to heal yet, I feel great and I am very happy with the results. I look like me finally and I am enjoying my body that I have worked so hard for. So my advice is be realistic about the process but do it.
