To tell or not to tell?

If I could keep it from my own mother I would. No one needs to know my business and I am not trying to be known as “the girl who had weightloss surgery” til the death of me. I don’t want the label I am me not a weightloss surgery success or fail. Those who feel like oh but it’ll benefit others, idc it’s not my place to motivate others or be a mentor for other overweight people nor do I want that responsibility. Im not interested in going around saying to others hey look at me, maybe you too want to consider surgery. I’m very private, It may sound harsh or whatever but no one will discredit me by saying oh she lost weight because she got weightloss surgery. 🤷🏻‍♀️
