So, in 600 pound life, they go to see a therapist when weight loss is stalled or going backwards and almost immediately , all issues are solved and they start losing weight again. The wonder of tv.

i have limited options as i live in a german speaking country and the one I met, was nice but had no idea of using food to stuff down feelings

Maybe my expectations are just too high..

Has anyone else successfully used a therapist or Bariatric coach?

any recommendations for people for Skype consultations please?

As a remote off chance, I will be in Bloomington MN for an extended period from April; anyone in that area?

Thank you for advice

Yes therapy is a great great great tool and should absolutely be used during this process, the magic of tv shortens the therapy down to a few minutes but in reality it can take sometime to figure out. I don't know of any sites for Germany but for the US your can use www.psychologytoday.com they have a therapist finder tool you just type in where you will be and what you are looking for and it will bring up a whole host of therapists for you to work with. I don't know the laws for doing international therapy clients via skype or phone but once you find someone they will more than likely be willing to look into the logistics of how it can or cant be done.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
