Dumping - did you take any tests?

My doctor suggesting testing me with a few different types of food when I hit 30 days to see how I react. He said he wants to save me from embarrassing situations at public events. I’m curious to see if anyone else has done this with their Dr

Weird that I have to do it or that you don’t? [emoji23]
I am in the Middle East, not the US. There are so many variations as far as instruction goes.

Ha- sorry. I thought it was weird that you have to. Good luck!

Oh wow! :o

No but I’ve figured out pretty quick to introduce foods on the weekend when I’m at home. The way my dumping syndrome manifests is that I get hot, I get a tummy ache and I lay down and fall asleep for 1-3 hours.

Sounds like a good plan!! Taking notes...

No. I’m 9 months out and have never had it. I’ve had bites of sweets and a piece of bacon or something else fatty and it didn’t affect me, but it was a tiny amount. You may never get it.
