Any March 2018 Sleevers?

I just got my surgery date for March 5. I am excited and nervous at the same time but I'm trying to hold it all together. :)

Was sleeved yesterday. Woke up in an extreme amount of pain. My hospital is having a painkiller shortage so they wanted to make sure they don’t give any more than what is absolutely necessary....to my detriment. Other than the first hour after my surgery, I’m doing great. I’m sore with bouts of pain but can get up and walk around anytime the mood hits.
Since I haven’t had anything to drink since Sunday night around 7pm, I would give the nurse my car if she would let me have some Water. I’ve never been so thirsty in my life!! I have my upper GI test this morning before 10 and of all does well- I’ll finally get to drink something!

I remember that feeling good news it will pass trust me, bad news is water will fall like a ton of bricks and you’ll have so little you won’t get the thirst out but that too shall pass I’m in my 3rd week keeps walking that helps with the water intake I’ve lost 40 pounds since my sleeve started on 300 now I have 260 walked around 5k since day 4 and been going to the gym since week 2 keep doing to works and you’ll see the results best of luck

Alternatives to protein shakes? These are really messing my tract. That’s with taking colace daily and benefiber added to water.

I had issues during pre surgery and that was only 1 a day. Now 2 a day is hurting. I’m drinking around 3-4 water bottles a day
Luckily I have a doc appt today and start purée.

Have you tried these clear protein “shakes”? There are a couple flavors. Cheapest at Sam’s club but also found on amazon

I nap, LOL. I go back to work on Monday, so I'll be watching for what answers you get. Good luck!

Do those have sucralose?

Sfh protein shakes are sweetened with Stevia.
