I just got my surgery date for March 5. I am excited and nervous at the same time but I'm trying to hold it all together.

Have you tried these clear protein “shakes”? There are a couple flavors. Cheapest at Sam’s club but also found on amazon

They are surprisingly good and refreshing

Yes they do. The 5th ingredient is sucralose
