Not really. I'm just tricky and can fool you.

Is this pre-made or do you mix it. I have flavored pre-made premier protein but I’m not sure this is what you’re talking about. Could you please be more specific? Thanks!

Exactly the one FluffyChix is talking about. It is pre-made and it reminds me or vitamin water or SobeLife water. Life saver when you are tired of those protein shakes. Not as much protein but water alone has none..... I get them at Sams for about $19 a case or 12 and since I split them each case makes 24 bottles of 10g of protein each.

What!!! Wait 3 flavors..... where at?

The after taste is terrible

Dunno. Hoping to find the other flavors at Sam's today but suspect it might be an Amazon purchase.

@KayeQuiroz80 It's so much better than the Isopure Clear, but yeah, it does have a tannic/citric acid feel to it. I cut it with water and it helps. But glad the world is made of all kinds of peeps with different tastes! :D

I tried so many protein drinks before surgery and haven’t even attempted then after surgery. They make me heave. Drinking organic grass fed beef bone broth instead. Having no issues getting all my water in, and more. Plus thick soups too. I count myself very lucky to have had no issues at all.
Good luck to those about to join the February surgery gang, update us on your progress if you have already been done. Have a wonderful day :)

Grass fed (or otherwise) bone broth does not have a good complete protein in it. It's quite deficient in some key essential amino acids. It's high in collagen. So if that's your sole source of protein, you're potentially in for a world of hurt. Just my opinion...

Just starting the liquid diet today! Please tell me I’ll be just fine!!!!

I started my liquid diet yesterday as well. I felt horrible earlier today but I'm okay right now. Feels like it's been a week already. Gonna be a long two weeks but we can do it!!

You are right, forgot to add that I am blending chicken breast in my soups too to bump up protein intake.

Would be so much easier if I were able to get past the smell of protein drinks...
