Can we talk about boobs and bras?

I feel the same... I lost 50 lbs and NOW I'm a DDD

I don't bother to run... Never enough support despite wearing two bras

Sisters now I have something new to worry about. Although I am as fluffy as the rest of you,i' m only a C/D before the Great Weight Loss Expedition. Afterwards am I gonna have moobs instead of a good bust line. Truth is i m probably an oversized Junior, maybe my goal should be a 15 instead of a 16.

I was an H when I started on this journey. Now a DDD. I fence 5 hours a week and exercise another 3 - lifting, Pilates, Yoga, cardio. I swear by the Glamorize brand for big girls. I have two different styles the zip up and another that has a flap front that helps hold things nice and close.

DO NOT BUY CHEAP SPORTS BRAS - you will not want to exercise because your boobs will hurt whenever you try to do something. Spend the money on a decent sports bra.

I started out as a 40J and currently a 34H. It took me 75 lbs to hit this point. I get fitted at luxury boutiques then buy the bras from Amazon. I have the glamorise sports bra. It compresses me and minimizes the bounce. Love it.

I have the opposite problem as everyone else. I have completely lost my boobs. An A cup is too big for me.

I went into the bathroom recently at a restaurant and told a lady her jeans were cute. They had cute sparkly stars on the back pocket.

She thanked me and said "can I tell you something?" I said "what?" She told me I needed a better bra because my boobs were sagging. All the bras that fit me in the cup have no material on the sides. they are made for teenagers. I end up wearing sports bras which don't give me the lift or the look that I want-to look like I have boobs!

@oregondaisy This is a concern of mine. I've was a solid D for years and years. Then I had two kids... and they sort of deflated a bit. Now, facing WLS, I'm sure they'll end up looking like tube socks.

I’ve lost 100 pounds and my boobs look like tennis balls in tube socks. I definitely need new bras but I can’t figure out how to measure my saggy boobies. God knows I’m not letting someone else lift these things to measure them. I’d be mortified.

Ugh...81lbs down; 40K to 34I...ugh. Still TOO BIG!!! Feels like they've gotten bigger to me. Been researching reductions/lifts.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
