Yes! According to my doctor you are supposed to start the pre op diet two weeks out so mine started on the 10th. I’m sure it’s not too late just start today.

I think it depends on what your dr says. Because I only have to do liquid diet for 1 week.

Very true everyone is different. Most Drs from my understand want you to do a full 2 weeks to help less any risk. It helps shrinks your liver too so that it's easier to perform your surgical procedure without complications.

I only had to do one week as well, i believe it has alot to do with your starting weight as well. I was sleeved in august and only needed to loose 100lbs, im now halfway there! Best choice of my life, hang in there you guys its worth it!!!
