I have my surgery tomorrow. It still doesn’t feel real. I’m not nervous or excited. I just want to happen so I don’t have to count down. Anyone else have there surgery tomorrow? Good luck to everyone!!! “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Congratulations!!!! I’ve been binge watching my 600lb life and I don’t think that’s the best idea. I’m completely freaked out now. I’ve never had surgery never stayed in a hospital. I’m in Washington my surgery is on the 24th as well. My pre op as been going well. Protein shakes and one meal a day. Have protein and veggies with legumes. I prepare my meals for the week on Sunday mostly fish because I don’t eat meat. How’s yours going? “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Premier protein is absolutely delicious. The diet isn’t hard I have 7 days left in mine. Consist of water and protein shakes. With one meal a day that consist of protein and veggies and maybe some legumes. You can do.
