I’m in Washington my surgery is on the 24th as well. My pre op as been going well. Protein shakes and one meal a day. Have protein and veggies with legumes. Premier protein is absolutely delicious. The diet isn’t hard I have 7 days left in mine. Consist of water and protein shakes. With one meal a day that consist of protein and veggies and maybe some legumes. You can do.
