I have my first visit with my surgeon today and i have my lab and psychology done but she told i have to wait until i finished with my nut weight goal to get my paperwork and the day for the surgery

I was 219 now i have 213 but i have to be 204 before the surgery

Hey. Hang in there. It is hard. But u can do it. Try cutting carbs out completely...i know its hard but thats what always helped me...and carbs also mean carrots n apples. And keep ur fruit to once a day. I really hope this helps
