A little disappointed

I have my first visit with my surgeon today and i have my lab and psychology done but she told i have to wait until i finished with my nut weight goal [emoji22] [emoji22] [emoji22] to get my paperwork and the day for the surgery [emoji36] [emoji36]

Hey. Hang in there. It is hard. But u can do it. Try cutting carbs out completely...i know its hard but thats what always helped me...and carbs also mean carrots n apples. And keep ur fruit to once a day. I really hope this helps
