Great job @kristin30 keep up the Strong work!!!

Wednesday weigh in

161 - stalled a bit but hopefully not too long!

Had my 5 month (ish) appointment and I’m doing well except vitamin b and d levels

Happy!
Congrats Mark that’s so exciting

Morning y’all! I’m sitting at 254 this morning! So that is a starting weight of 370, surgery weight of 340 with a total loss of 116 pounds as of today. To say I am happy is an understatement!

It’s that time of the month so I won’t be looking but, as of Monday I was down 67lbs! My goal was 75lbs down by 6months (July 17), with 8lbs to go I think I got this☺️

Well I've had a bit of a stall this week but I'm not gonna panic. xx

Wednesday weigh in...

Finally broke stall and 158 this week! Whoop whoop! That makes 84 lbs gone in 6 months— good riddance!

Feel amazing :)

Don’t worry @MsTipps it will pass! We’ve all been here before, just keep plugging away.

Thanks @Tyson4834. Things have been pretty tough for me lately and I must admit, I fucked up my plan a little over the last week so this was probably the wake up call I was needing.x

That sucks, I hope you can reel yourself back in. I went on my first business trip last week since the operation. I went to Texas for a week so I ended up eating mostly steak. I ordered the smallest filet cuts on the menu usually, I believe I did ok. Next week will be a challenge, going to the beach with the family. This will truly be a test of temptation.

I've been MIA for a bit but I am LOVING reading everyone's updates and progress!!! :)

I'm 6.5 lbs away from the lowest weight I've ever been as an adult. I think being under 220 is going to make me cry... probably not as much as seeing 199 will, but I'm so excited for these milestones I never imagined possible!
