  3. Well, well, well it’s that day of the week again. Monday marked the first time I can remember I’ve been under 250lbs. So I’m happy to say I’m currently at 248 and that’s another 4lbs from last week.
  4. What a great week it’s been for me. I just killed an interview that might be life changing and I’m down 4lbs from last week. Have a great week all!!

  8. Well this week isn’t going as planned, but next week will be different. Taking some of the stress out of my life will make things get back on track.

  10. Thank you @soccerkaty but the only reason these pictures are taken is because a nurse from the weight management program I attend forces me lol. I am happy now that she's taken the photos so I'm able to see the progress

  12. You’ll get there soon enough. The more you stress the longer it will feel like you’re not going anywhere. I’ve found that when I don’t consume enough water my weight starts fluctuating drasticly. My loss has slowed too, but still staying positive and moveing forward. I’m down to 2-3lbs a week, but like you I to can do better with my part. This week I got into the 250’s and I can’t tell you the last time that’s happened. So even though it’s going slow the lb’s are still coming off.

  23. Try switching it up a little. When your body gets used to the same thing over and over your body tends to stop trying to work as hard.
  24. It’s tough for sure at times. Do you have any added stress in your life? Are you still exercising the same as you’ve done? It may also help changing up your daily routine.
