Anyone scheduled for surgery in January 2018? I'm booked in for the 12th. Would be nice to chat to people in the same stage x

Tough week for me but I’m not gonna let it get to me. I upped my exercise a great deal but stayed flat on my weight loss.

SW: 369
TW: 297.4

One tough week isn’t the end. Gotta keep pushing and find the right balance of food and exercise.

Glad to see that all my other Januaries are doing so great. Keep up the strong work all!!!

Sorry to be jumping in on y'alls thread. Hope you don't mind. If you do, please tell me and I swear I will just be a bypasser reading! ;)

Hey Marc--stand strong. You know it's only excess fluid holding on cuz of the new intense exercise regime!!! ((hugs))

You were more than welcome in my book to keep posting! You always have some great thoughts and wisdom for us [emoji16]

Yeah I know it’s my system holding water and I’m not down at all about my progress. I knew before weighing in today that I wasn’t going to be down much, but the most important thing for me is that I’m feeling better, I’m more healthy, I look better, and I know that this is a lifestyle and not a quick fix.

TY! But ugghhhh! I'm dreading starting my baby PT stuff next week cuz I know it's gonna either keep the scale from moving for a bit or will result in a gain. It's so counter-intuitive isn't it? Like, dayum, I just worked my keester off! I should have lost 10lbs overnight! :D But you know, I'm neurotic like that! Ha!

Haha absolutely. I did a 3 mile hike on Saturday and then a 25 mile bike ride Sunday and I thought, I must be shedding the lbs lol. Well that wasn’t the case, but again now I know i can do it and I’m able to. So more adventure ahead.

Wednesday weigh in time.... current weight is now 206lb. That's about 46% of my excess weight off since 12th Jan ☺ xx

As of today which is also the day after my 3month mark I’m down 50 pounds. Slow but steady.

Hey guys...just checking into say hello!
I was at 203 last week and am not getting on scales this week! I have a monthly visitor and no way I am taking the chance that scale is not in onederland or up because of water weight! Hope to be telling g yal I made it next week![emoji3][emoji106]

Hi all!

Pretty sure I'm experiencing a stall at the moment, which is discouraging so early on but it's not going to change what I'm doing! I'm only down less than 5lbs so far for the month of April which kinda stinks not even 3 months post op. I'm hoping one of these days I'll step on the scale and see a big drop. I was banking on 15-20lbs per month for the first 3 but that just isn't in the cards. Sitting at 36lbs down at just over 11 weeks.... Just gotta keep truckin'. <_<
