Sleeve tomorrow[emoji16] I am so ready. I have lost 100 lbs 3 times only to regain. This will be the permanent tool I needed.
Wish me luck.
And to everyone waiting, please hang in there. It is going to be worth it.

Good luck!!!!

Good luck! I've done the same as you... Losing 90lb several times and regaining. Looking forward to this permanent solution though as everybody days, it's not the easy way out. Let us know how it goes with you!

Hope you are doing well!

I'm getting ready. It's in less than 2 weeks. Am cleaning out my freezers and fridge to keep only useful stuff.. Takes time. And getting ready with extra protein powder, collagen which has no taste and amazing amounts of protein - and of bee pollen to add to later smoothies. The powdered collagen is amazing. I tried 2 tsp in a cup of espresso coffee and no taste difference. You can add it anywhere and it raises your protein effortlessly.

Jan 8h, in colorado

Best of luck and I wish you the best!

I understand the whole pill thing! I take so many meds because I am bipolar and that is how this all came about for me. I still take a ton and now we have to add in the vitamins. Best of luck to all of us on this journey!

Hopefully sooner than later. Good luck and best wishes

How do ye not have one? Which op are you having?

I'm getting mine done on the 10th at McGee Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA with Dr. Anita Courcoulas. For most of her patients she does not require a pre-op diet!

Still waiting to hear my surgery date, doc said end of January/beginning of February, can’t wait!!!

That's the same general timeframe I was given! I have my final appointment with the surgeon on January 15... That's when I will get my date.

I'm in my hospital room right now, awaiting surgery in Puerto Vallarta Mexico (Dr Armando Joya). This will either be the best or worst decision of my life. I predict the best.

I wish my insurance would pay, but at least there were no hoops for me to jump through being private pay. I decided in December to have surgery and it was booked the same day I asked, and now surgery is today. It's scary how easy it was but I am very confident in my surgeons skills, and I know I need this to be healthy. In hindsight I almost wish I had those hoops to jump through because I'm kind of regretting not being more prepared for it. I'm a "fly by the seat of your pants" kind of person apparently.

My surgery is the 23rd and from what I have been reading many people are glad they had their operation.

Have faith and push through.
