I’m 7 weeks out today and have been at a stall for 2 weeks. Did anyone else hit a stall this early?

I think most report the first one at about 3 weeks, but it varies. Watch your size not the scale, it'll drive you nuts.

I hit a stall five weeks after surgery. What worked for me was to change my diet around. I still stayed under 1000 calories but added a very small price of bread or egg noodles. They key is to stay under 1000 calories per day. I also did a day of nothing but pure Protein Shakes. I also increased my exercise. Stalls are very normal.

ONLY lost 30lbs in 9 weeks? You ever lost 30lbs in that amount of time before? I have no idea what people are expecting but never heard only for that amount before.

I started close to 300lbs 5'6 and very active work out 4-5 times a week high intensity cardio... I've lost 20lbs/mth doing crash diets b4 so my mind set was that I could probably loose it faster than on one of those loose fast and gain double back diets... changing my food addiction issues and relationship with food has been the hardest part I think.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
