Best Travel Smoothie Cup? (no straw)

Recommended Posts

My surgery is at the end of December but I'm trying to stop using straws now (since I'm not supposed to use them post-op). Every morning, I have drink a fruit & veggie Protein smoothie in a tumbler with a straw, and I'm trying to find a new container for that. I want something that can travel with me (seals well and keeps the smoothie cold), and preferably with some kind of "spout" (not just a wide/open top). I love my GoActive stainless steel tumbler (below) - I removed the straw and use it to drink Water all day) but the spout is a little small for a thick smoothie to pass through. Any suggestions for a great flip-top, smoothie travel cup?? Thanks!

This is the one I bought and I am very happy with it. It doesn’t have a “spout”, but it does not leak at all. I love the blender ball because I am a texture person (I want my drinks to be super smooth) and it does a great job of mixing them up well.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
