So thoughtful of you tying us all together....we are threaded like our soon to be new sleeves...starting pre op diet July 12...going for pcp clearance tomorrow, final blood work & EKG on Monday....so exciting...turning 50 on Sunday what a gift this will be [emoji4]

I started my pre op diet yesterday. I've lost 5 lbs (all water I'm sure). It is tough but worth it.
