  1. I was not but that's good that you are. It took a lot for me to get in the liquid that they wanted me to have and I struggled even after I returned home. I think a part of my issue was that everything tasted nasty and it was not until I could get home and get some homemade chicken broth and sugar free Popsicle that I was finally able to take in what I needed. Also, applesauce mixed with PB2 was my favorite.

  6. I agree, it is confusing. It just makes me think we have to use discretion with all things. Listen to your doctor but I think you have to also know yourself and do more research. I believe doctors learn new things concerning this surgery all the time and they make changes based on new information.
  7. Thank you! You are awesome [emoji178] Sent from my SM-G935P using BariatricPal mobile app

  16. I think for the most part, all we can do is support each other and do the best we can to reach our goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle. Thank you to all who encourage me and share tricks and tools for success.
  17. Thank you, cheese is a good place to go for that salty craving. I wish I had a book that was so detailed like that. You are right, since I have started on this group forum I see that there are a lot of different answers coming from doctors.
  18. I am not sure if I can have popcorn so I will ask my doctor on Friday when I see him. I know I can't have it now because I am in the full liquid phase. Maybe at week 4 or 5 once I get approval. Sent from my SM-G935P using BariatricPal mobile app

  26. I was sleeved on the 17th of July. So far everything is going well. I am healing properly, still sore and having some back pain only on the right side. I am having a hard time getting all the protein and water in that is required but I am trying to get better at it everyday. I try not to get on the scale every day because I do not want to get discouraged , so I am saving my scale days for my doctors visits. How is everyone else?
