I love spicy food and missing the heat in my diet. I was sleeved 7/12 and am currently 10 days post op. I had surgery in Mexico and they didn't mention anything about spicy food. What has you Dr or nut said about spicy food?

Thank you for doing this! I started my pre op diet yesterday. I've lost 5 lbs (all water I'm sure). It is tough but worth it.

I ordered the same. I chose both the powder and a premix variety pack. I start pre-op diet on 6/27.
