Spicy Food

I love spicy food and missing the heat in my diet. I was sleeved 7/12 and am currently 10 days post op. I had surgery in Mexico and they didn't mention anything about spicy food.

What has you Dr or nut said about spicy food?

I'm able to eat spicy with no problem. But says this may change when off acid reducers.

I liked spicy food before my surgery and now I love it. However, you have to be careful with how hot of food you would eat because you can't drink at the same time. My surgeon just said that it could aggravate my acid levels and it wouldn't be wise to have spicy food late at night.
