  1. Hi Group, So I'm a month and 2 weeks post op. My doctor already cleared me to work out and do weights. I have spoken to a few people that said to stay away from weight as it may stall the weight loss process. Any recommendation or can anyone share there own experience. Im don't want to stall the weight loss but I think incorporating weights will help with the skin and muscle. Thanks

  5. Hi....tomorrow I'm one week post op and I don't think I have lost much weight. Everyday my intake of the liquid diet get better and a little more. I'm I doing something wrong? I'm so scared of messing the surgery up. I'm not hungry but I slip water and protein shake throughout the day. What else should I do that I may not be doing?
  6. I had the same thing a few hours after returning home from the surgery. The doctor told me it was because of the two IVs, all the time they poked my veins and were not successful and all the blood drawn. Basically your veins are swollen. I took out warm compress on them and took the pain meds they prescribed me at the hospital. Hope you feel better soon.
