I've read over and over that you should not even weigh yourself right after surgery--you retain water and are swollen and so on, so won't see immediate loss--you may even gain some weight initially. J

Hi....tomorrow I'm one week post op and I don't think I have lost much weight. Everyday my intake of the liquid diet get better and a little more. I'm I doing something wrong? I'm so scared of messing the surgery up. I'm not hungry but I slip water and protein shake throughout the day. What else should I do that I may not be doing?
