Working out

Hi Group,

So I'm a month and 2 weeks post op. My doctor already cleared me to work out and do weights. I have spoken to a few people that said to stay away from weight as it may stall the weight loss process. Any recommendation or can anyone share there own experience. Im don't want to stall the weight loss but I think incorporating weights will help with the skin and muscle.

Thanks

Your food intake is the single most influential factor at this point...any exercise you do will help to build muscle, increase your stamina and ultimately add to your ability to burn calories, not stall the process.
