Insurance approval

Does anyone have an estimate on insurance approval, I called health insurance they said 48 hours but I haven't heard anything back. I'm really hoping I can complete my surgery in July [emoji1491]

      I have aetna and my surgery was approved in less than 24 hours. I definitely hassled them and had an insurance coordinator with my surgeon's office... so that helped too...
