Nutritional Help Please

I'm a tad confused about the puréed diet and would appreciate any advice. My diet calls for 3 oz meals 3 times a day. Ok, this leaves me feeling hungry, weak, and lethargic. My NUT's solution was to just keep it going (so disappointed in her 'advice.'). NF Greek yogurt, tomatoe and split pea Soup, and applesauce were items that I was able to eat when on my full liquid diet. So my question is this: Can I still have those aforementioned full liquid items in addition to my 3oz/3 times a day?

Are you getting all of your Water in? Are you adding Protein to those foods?

I would add a couple of small Snacks like 3 TBSP. of yogurt or cottage cheese.

Your puréed diet contains all your previous liquids plus the new foods. I agree on the Snacks, too. My doc says 4-5 small meals a day. I'm still working out my schedule to get them all in, and to be hungry enough for them.

I personally feel that no matter what stage you're in you should be monitoring your intake calories. To be sure you're within your caloric range. Eating very little like that is a great way to stay within goals, but calorie dense food will ruin that. If you're under your goals you can add in one of those healthy snacks

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
