opinions on fruit?

Just curious if anyone is eating fruit? We're entering the summer months when the fruit is plentiful and delicious. I'm 10 months post op and have only had a few very small bites of apple a couple of times and seemed to handle it well. Is anyone eating fruit? How is it working for you? Still losing weight? Would love some opinions..........

I don't eat fruit. Too many carbs for me, especially in weight loss mode. It was allowed in my post op diet, but I decided I didn't want to introduce fruit in my life. I have had a strawberry. It went down fine. I may introduce fruit later on in my maintenance phase to up my carbs.

I am a watermelon fiend, and it fills me up fast, but it's mostly water (which helps) and I couldn't live without it.

I have eaten fruit since I can remember... very early on post op at least by week 6. Never had issues but I stick to the same fruits mainly. I don't tolerate apples too well for some reason they make me nauseated. I can eat everything else, fresh berries, mango, pineapple, watermelon I drink smoothies at least 3 times a week. No issues for me. But everyone is different. It never slowed my weight loss or caused me any digestive issues.
